Artfully Yours,
Pattie
This is a site that has been created to share my art challenges for: INSPIRE ME THURSDAY...Here you will see 4 by 4 pieces that are given a 1/2 hour time limit. Eventually I will make these into a book or two depending on how long I do them. But for now I offer you a glimpse into who I am. ENJOY!

oh Puzzles! As a girl, my mother also had puzzles set up and continually running and now my sister keeps one in her house.
I think puzzles are a sort of meditation. They give you space to think and only be about the pursuit of the piece.
Pattie - I am so inspired by your piece, I hated puzzles as I was too impatient to do them or finish them. Your pic makes me want to do one and actaully finish it! Sothis post puts a whole new meaning on the puzzle conundrum for me. wow! I love the bright colours.
Oh my Goodness Pattie! You continue to out do yourself...I don't think there's anything you can't draw..amazing to me.
I see & feel your beautiful, colorful, radiant heart in every artful word & creation. Piecing together your heart huh?...In my mind's eye I immediately saw each puzzle piece with a word on it; each one containing all the beauty that you are AND the "pieces" you might be looking for. What fun...you get to create and name all the puzzle pices of your heart to "grow beyond your...boundaries". It' brilliant...the puzzle becomes a metaphor for wholness, creating your own pieces so you can't miss! Yes! You've come a long way baby!...and inspired me and lots of others along the way. Encore! Encore!
This is just wonderful! I LOVE puzzles and during Christmas we will still set one up on Christmas eve as a treat. We have friends who are addicts as well and they come over, sip wine and consume munchies as the fire crackles in the fire place. I just love how you captured that "silence....of looking for the right piece". Thank you!
As a child one of us would begin a puzzle, and throughout the week every member of the family had sat at some point or another to add a piece. You bring back lovely memories - wonderful!
:-)
Your brilliant and colorful heart is irrepuzzle - able ...oops, irreplaceable because it brings such authentic, rare insights and beauty to our world! Not to mention inspiration and just flat out feeling a moment of HeART HAPPY!
And...you are

The stadium is filling and the spotlight searches the stage...for your special guest star appearance!
Thank you to all.............
love puzzles!
lovely idea, love the heart:)
Pattie, this is delightful! And your story reminds me so much of my childhood, when my brothers and I would all pitch in to help Mama with her puzzles (which were always very complicated and had millions of pieces). Hmmm, maybe I should give her a new puzzle...
What a creative interpretation! Your wily imagination at work...again. I always wonder at how beautifully you blend colors.
I just love your artwork. We decided last night (while both me and hubby were working by the dining room table) that we should get a nice puzzle for the kids to join us. Hopefully that will make some great memories in a few years.
Your colors and art are a great inspiration for me !
Love the colors! I used to do puzzles as a kid, too! :)
My Mum used to have puzzles on the best table too, she doesn't do them so often now though. I love this piece, the colours and the words!
Just me again, thankyou for the lovely message you left for me, made me smile :) Judy
